Super Bowl Sunday is only days away and hopefully you’re starting to think about making room in your fridge for the mandatory game day beer supply. Well make some space for a few other ingredients so that you can bump your beer up a notch to a Beer Buster, one of my all-time favorite beer cocktails.
Chill the glassware in your freezer until your guests arrive and don’t hesitate adding ice in your cup to keep the cocktail frosty.
Here’s what you need:
Beer Buster (2 servings)
1 bottle of your favorite Mexican beer, such as Corona, Tecate, or Modelo.
2 ounces lime-flavored Hangar One Vodka (I also love using Absolut Pepper)
1 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce (I used the Chipotle flavor for something new and it was delicious)
Gently mix the ingredients together in a shaker, then pour them into your chilled glass. Squeeze in a couple lime wedges and get ready for kick-off!
